My own Becher

I'm going to do a small test shoot in the style of the Becher's, to start ideas flowing.
Ideas for things to photograph (everyday things that there are a lot of):
>Bus stops
>Street signs
>Street names
>Phone boxes
>Rubbish Bins
>Benches
>Chairs
>Door handles
>Doors.. different types of doors ie, car doors, front doors, bedroom doors etc
>Toilets
>Garages
>Petrol stations
>Type of shop ie. chip shop?
... all seem to have an average everyday feel. Could be quite mundane, could be interesting to compare similarities/ differences. Particularly like street names and bus stops.. why? Structure of street names are the same, geometric, pleasing to the eye...
